weekend at sister's

Last weekend we took a little trip to NJ to visit with my sister and her family :) 

We had planned to make it like a belated Christmas celebration....exchange gifts, continue eating Christmas cookies, look at the fun decorations, etc etc BUT with it being a few weeks after Christmas we just decided to make it a fun weekend away instead!

We had actually been able to see them at another family function 2 weekends before and so we exchanged gifts then :)

Traveling anywhere with a 2.5 & 1.5 year old is always an adventure - this was no different!

Thankfully, my sister's house had lots of toys and, more importantly, cousins to keep them busy. Penn's main goal in life right now is to climb every chair and get onto every table. Every. Single. One. I swear we watch him like a hawk and he still ends up on the table. Hoowww??

SO....imagine my shock when Princess Tiana {aka Hadley} told him to sit for tea AND HE DID.

I guess when royalty tells you to do something, you do it. He was such a little gentleman ;)

  And little he continues to be. Noel {11months} and Penn {20months} are wearing the same size clothes. 

I imagine Noel will whiz past him in size any day now - he's so close! You can't see it in this picture, but they're wearing matching onesies that say "Fun Size"

 They most definitely are ;0) 

 And if the cousins, toys, and special treats weren't enough...they had a ginormous trampoline in their basement that Keaton couldn't get enough of! So cool!

It was busy and a little crazy, but I expected nothing less with 5 kids ;0)
