prayers

When I heard about Sandy Hook on Friday afternoon I was just about to meet with a small group of kindergarten students. 

It took my breath away and made me really sick to my stomach. 

My prayers have certainly been dedicated to the families of the victims and the family of the young man who took their lives. I will never understand.  

I'm glad that God continues to be my strength and it is my prayers that others turn to Him for comfort during this troubling time. 

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
