I decided to try and make a really good impression on the person/couple/family walking through our house a 2nd time last night!
We had 3 come through on Saturday and heard that 2 put us in their top 3 choices! Last night we had one of them come back!It could be nothing or it could be the buyer...never know! I didn't think the flowers could hurt though!
