lot 41

I've never been so excited about a vacant piece of land before! Check out our new home spot...LOT 41!

We're at the very end of the cul-de-sac -- if you were driving to see us we'd be straight ahead! Hope to see you this summer...we'll wave you in from our front porch!

It's so hard to get a real feel for the space unless you are there, but we will have a view of a creek...

Lots of trees behind us....

A semi-steepish hill to our left side....

And a lovely flat yard for little ones to our right.

It's so hard for even us to envision what it will look like after they clear some of the trees out and start to smooth out the lot. It's always nerve wracking when you can't see the finished product, but we're staying positive and know it will look great!

We might have a smallish yard, but we'll have tons of trees for our kids to explore through and a babbling creek we can hear from our back deck {which will be built one day....eeeerrr...way down the road!}
