birthday cake amazingness

My sister, Jennifer, has a gift: making monster truck themed birthday cakes.

Owen, her son, loves monster trucks and racing so, of course, it's been his birthday theme for the last, well...number of years :0)

She always throws a big and special party for him with big special cakes!!

This boy doesn't even really like cake, but what's a party without cake! It's a must and she goes all. the. way!

I didn't get to see it in person, but it looks amazing in this picture!

This year she went up with tiers and I think it's amazing! I love his name on the side -- so personal.

She also made the little bird cupcakes for Emily's baby shower last summer.

I can't imagine the patience, counter space, and hard work all these took. I think she has a great gift!
