It snowed quite a bit last night. {I can't believe the schools around here didn't have a delay!}

Phinley loves to go out in the snow -- he loves to get his face completely covered and dig around. Literally, 2 seconds after he went outside he put his face in the snow and pulled out a stick, it was unbelievable. He LOVES sticks! He eventually did his business, then dropped his head and pouted his way back inside {I wasn't going to stay out in the freezing cold without a jacket or real sneakers while he was playing around}.

After a few minutes of begging to go outside, I decided a little walk around the neighborhood might do us both some good. I was pleasantly suprised to see that the development shovel guys had already come around and cleared the walks...for the most part. They're usually pretty slow at this 0:-)

Anyways....When Phin and I were about 4 houses away from home we spotted an older man clearing off his car. As we approached he looked at Phinley and our conversation went something like this.....

"Oh! This must be Phinley!" - older gentleman (John)

My response was a polite, but very suprised "Uhhh...yay! This is Phinley!"

"I've heard all about him."

"Really? Wonderful"

"What a good looking little dog."

Then John put down his hand to let Phinley sniff. Phin sniffed his glove then barked at him.
I informed him that he's not crazy about gloves and usually loves people and licks their hands! So John whipped off his glove and tried for Phinley's attention again. It worked -- Phinley loved him :0) He just licked away!

We chatted for a few more mintues then we went on our way.

People all over the neighborhood know Phinley! hahaha

I'm not suprised -- he's so darn cute.
