Yea, that call never came, so I decided to take a spin class at my gym. I used to go to the 5:30am {!} class all the time, then I started training for a marathon and I stopped going and started running all the time instead.
If you've ever gone to a spin class, you know the detox feeling you have once it's through. You sweat from the moment your tush hits the seat and it's so refreshing....and so very uber tiring! I like to think I sweat out the desserts I eat every day after dinner :0)
There's to wishful thinking!
The goal was to survive and guess what? -- I did! I was seriously more tired after I got done with that 45min. class, than after running the Baltimore Marathon {I'm not kidding}.

This class was extra special too because it included a bonus 20 minute ab workout afterwards.
I've done this maybe 2 other times and all I could remember was how badly my abs were burning by the time it was over.
After blinking a few times and realizing that my heart was still ticking I thought "what the heck my jiggle could use a little work," so I
"We're doing all of these?" I asked.
"Yes, one minute at each station. We'll announce when it's been 30secs. for each one" -Instructor
"Oh, okay"
"Then we'll do it again."
"Oh, we do it twice???"
"Yes."
"The whole circuit??"
"Yes."
"Holy moly."
When 30 seconds was announced, when I was at my first station {the superman}, I openly exclaimed...Praise the Lord!
I rolled from one station to the next for the remainder of the time, then came home and showered...again....3hrs. after my last one.
The whole morning was a bit ridiculous. Tomorrow I plan to give myself a few extra "sore ab" minutes before I get roll horizontally out of bed.
