made my mark

Ryan once accidentally washed a complete, full load of light clothes with a red pen in his pocket.

If you use your imagination, I'm sure that you can picture what every single clothing item looked like when it was pulled out.

Luckily, we weren't married at the time and none of my clothes were being washed. That selfish thought just bit me in the butt today.

When Ryan got home at 4am this morning and left his wet, snowy pants downstairs in the foyer I snatched them up to throw in the wash with a few other light clothes I had in the hamper.

After it's 54min. cycle I opened the door to find a black permanent capless marker waiting for me, along with 2 pens...one black and one red.

The pens didn't do any damage {amazingly enough}, but the marker had some fun spotting up almost every item in there and putting a nice purplish tint to every else that didn't have a dark spot.

Good thing it was a light load! {dah}
