free recycle bins?

Yes, please!

The other day when I was walking Phinley, I noticed an awful lot of trash, cans, bottles, recycle bins, and trash cans in a gully/trench near our house. They all blew down there one windy trash day (trash days are always windy...trash is always everywhere!) and have been there ever since.

Well, I wasn't going to let all those great recycle bins and trash cans go to waste down there...we could use them! So I suggested to Ryan that he go down and pull them up to see if there was a house number on any of them, and if not, we use them in our garage for storing scraps of wood, sports equipment, etc.

He was up for the task and before I knew it he had the whole trech cleaned out with 2 recycle bins and a trash can in our garage being fully functional! {He's the best}

I also scored a very cute umbrella that had been left to the birds. I needed an umbrella and it works great! Ryan just scrapped the snow off and it was good as new!

Looks like a run to wal-mart for some extra storage bins isn't necessary...thanks neighbors!
