homemade twix bars

I attempted to make these yesterday....

Homemade Twix Bars!

YUM.

I was planning to take some pictures as I went through the recipe, but only got this far :0)

They didn't look exactly like this:

When I was done, but they were close enough! I think next time I'm going to use a smaller pan, in order to make the caramel filling thicker....mine are kind of dry because the caramel spread out so much.

I'll test them out at small group tonight! I did cut them up to try a piece and the deliciousness of the pb chocolate icing makes up for any "needs improvement" areas!!

They were so easy and bake free!!
