SOLD to the highest bidder

Can you believe we SOLD our house on Friday?!?!

We listed it just 10 days ago -- we're thrilled!!

When we first heard that we had an offer coming in we tried not to get too excited...it could have been a low offer, had many contingencies, etc. So when our Realtor came into our home the first thing out of my mouth {before he even took his coat off} was -- "is it good?"

He assured me it was very good and he was right! Ryan and I were very pleased with the offer presented and the best part was that after a little negotiating we were able to move the closing/settlement date back 30 days! Now we don't need to worry about moving into a hotel or somewhere while our new home gets done being built. We knew living in limbo for a month might be a possibility, so we're praising God that it all seems to be working out so well!

Now, we know anything can happen in the next 90 days, but we feel confident this is going to work out just fine :0) Praise God!

Thanks so much to all of those who were praying -- God has been so good to us in the last few weeks in regards to this house stuff. We feel so blessed by Him!
