broken tooth and new blog

Last night when I was eating some delicious Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese popcorn I heard a crack and then felt a small hole in the side of my back tooth.

My initial response was: Holy crap another one of my teeth broke.

Ryan's initial response was: We're switching dentists.

He seems to think that the hardness of my teeth have something to do with our dental care. I've always always had trouble with my teeth. I can't remember a time I went to the dentist, especially when I was little, that they didn't find one cavity or another that needed filled. The "pig" nose (or as some say, laughing gas administered via this huge nose hose) and I were the very best of friends.

I was always told I had "soft" teeth, now I just think they're weak and angry at me for all the candy and ice cream I eat.

I'm now finally FINALLY pain free from the last crown I had put on months ago. It took months for the whole process to be finished and for me to be pain free...I'm praying that I don't have to experience that again. I like chewing food on my left side -- not again!

Anyways, on Thursday at 7am (I didn't know dentist offices opened that early either) I get to hear the verdict.

To transition smoothly to the next important news....

I'm starting a new running blog.

It's called Run Erin, Run!

I shamelessly stole the idea off of Running Nicki :0) Thanks Nicki!

I just love the idea of being able to write about my runs, goals, times, upcoming events, etc. without it being right here on Ryan and I's family blog. Of course, sometimes I'll mention a good run or the Harrisburg Half Marathon coming up in September, but if you like reading about the awesome cool amazing things Ryan and I are up to, but don't care that much about what I've been doing at the gym...you can chose not to read about it! HA!

Anyways, I'm also using it as a tool to help me stay motivated! I'm not speedy quick and don't ever plan to be. I'm just regular and am more than happy with the best I can do with the time and drive I have for myself!

Check it out!

So sorry to hear about your tooth! :(

But so happy for your new running blog! I have really enjoyed having a separate place to log all my training and thoughts about running. Every now and then I post the same thing on both blogs, but for the most part they serve two very separate purposes! :) Can't wait to be reading yours!!!!
